Project summary

This project created three national heritage databases for Jordan, Occupied Palestinian Territories and Lebanon. A separate Syria-only database was also created through independent monitoring of archaeological sites in the country.

Alongside this, the project provided database management training for three heritage professionals from each country and a Massive Online Open Course in the use of Arches software to enable ongoing learning for professionals and use of the critically important new databases.
