Project summary
The Amazigh people are an indigenous tribal population in Libya whose culinary heritage has rarely been documented.
In this project, oral histories provided information about the traditions and rituals that accompany these traditional recipes. The stories were curated and published alongside a digital recipe book available in Tamazight (the Amazigh’s traditional language), Arabic and English.
