Project summary
This project trained people in the Upper Tigris Valley to document disappearing intangible cultural heritage. It also established a new research resource to boost the region’s profile in the heritage and museum sector.
Almost 100 pieces of oral history were recorded and documented and training was provided to 100 people. The project team also engaged with a range of local communities including students, families and local authorities.
