Project summary
The migration of Syrian musicians, declining interest in written music and the loss of personal and public libraries in the conflict have led to the threat of this important heritage.
The project trained Syrian musicians in digitisation techniques and has created an archive of works to protect these pieces of music from being lost due to conflict.
