Project summary
This project protected the intangible heritage of Syriac Orthodox and Assyrian Christians, small religious minority communities in Syria whose heritage is threatened by marginalisation, the threat of violence and trauma from conflict.
The project trained young people in Syria in digital archiving and data preservation so that they can gather oral histories, interviews, photos and videos in order to learn more about their heritage and how to preserve it.
